Job summary

Brillio in Gurugram, India is seeking a Lead Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of AEM-based CMS solutions for enterprise projects. You will architect components, templates, and workflows and ensure scalable, secure delivery.

Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, and QA teams; mentor junior engineers; optimize performance; and align with best practices. A strong background in Java, Sling, HTML5/CSS3/JS, and REST APIs is required, along with experience in CI/CD for AEM

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with AEM and CMS engineering.
• Expert-level AEM development: components, templates, workflows.
• Strong Java and Sling backend expertise.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript for UI within AEM.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and AEM integrations.
• Version control with Git.
• CMS performance optimization and caching strategies in AEM.
• AEM security best practices and vulnerability mitigation.
• Familiarity with AEM Sites, Assets and Forms modules.
• Experience with automated deployment and CI/CD for AEM.
