Job summary

Shashwath Solution in India is seeking an expert AEM Developer to design, implement, and maintain scalable web and mobile solutions. You will work with front‑end and back‑end teams to deliver templates, components, and experience fragments within the AEM CMS.

Your role involves translating business goals into technical requirements, reviewing code, and driving continuous improvement in an agile environment. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Expert in designing and developing Adobe AEM applications including front end and back end.
• Experience coding front-end standards-compliant HTML/CSS that is scalable and cross-browser compatible.
• Expert knowledge of Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and related technologies.
• Experience with Akamai CDN technology especially configuration changes and maintenance of existing applications using Akamai CDN.
• Experience working with AEM content management systems and building templates, components, and experience fragments.

• Familiarity with continuous deployment and DevOps tools preferred. Experience with Git preferred
• Experience working in agile/scrum environments
• Successful track record interfacing and communicating effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem-solving skills and learning attitude.
