Job summary

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP is seeking a Performance Test Engineer in Hyderabad. The role involves designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts, analyzing results, and collaborating with Development, DBA, and Infrastructure teams to resolve issues.

You will ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements with experience in LoadRunner, JMeter, and related tools. BE/BTech is required.

• We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer to join our team.
• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts.
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Work closely with Development, DBA, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• 3-6 years of experience
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter
• Strong understanding of Performance Testing & Performance Engineering concepts
• Experience in Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability Testing
• Expertise in performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and root cause analysis
• Strong debugging skills across Application, Database, Middleware, and Infrastructure layers
• Experience with monitoring/APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, etc.
• Good understanding of Web/API Performance Testing (REST/SOAP)
• Knowledge of SQL, Linux, and log analysis
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments
