Job summary

Medoralink seeks a physician with MD/DNB in Internal Medicine to lead evaluation and treatment of complex cases. You will coordinate with labs and imaging, supervise residents, and contribute to digital health initiatives in a fast-growing diagnostics network.

The role focuses on evidence-based practice, high-volume workflows, and NABH standards, with opportunities for teaching and outreach across India.

Qualifications

• MD/DNB Medicine (NMC recognized) is required.
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient internal medicine management.
• Proficiency in evidence-based clinical decision-making.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (Practo, Apollo EMR, Cerner).
• Knowledge of NABH and clinical audit standards.
• Ability to manage high-volume clinical workflows with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical evaluation and diagnosis of complex internal medicine cases (cardio-metabolic, respiratory, gastroenterology).
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust therapies per guidelines (NICE, ESC, ATS).
• Collaborate with labs, radiology, and allied specialists for integrated care.
• Deliver clinical teaching, mentor junior residents, and participate in QI reviews/audits.
• Document patient care using EMR and ensure NABH/HIPAA-aligned data governance.
• Participate in outreach programs, preventive campaigns, and chronic disease initiatives.
