Qualifications

• MD/DNB in Medicine (NMC recognized) is required.
• ACLS certification is required.
• Valid NMC registration is required.
• Experience in outpatient/internal medicine practice is needed.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems is required.
• Strong diagnostic acumen for common adult medical conditions is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnose acute/chronic medical conditions in adults.
• Prescribe and manage pharmacological therapies, lifestyle interventions, and referrals based on clinical guidelines.
• Perform routine procedures such as ECGs, BP monitoring, wound dressings, and minor surgical interventions.
• Collaborate with specialists for multidisciplinary care and ensure smooth patient handoffs and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate, compliant EMR documentation and participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease prevention, medication adherence, and health promotion strategies.
