Job summary

iMerit Inc. is recruiting practicing physicians to review and annotate clinical records for a pioneering AI project with a leading U.S. health data company.

You will provide essential clinical judgment to train AI models used in medical research, across specialties including Cardiology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pulmonology and Internal Medicine. Location is on-site in Kolkata or Hyderabad, India, with a flexible schedule alongside your clinical practice.

Qualifications

• MD/DNB (or equivalent) in one of the listed specialties.
• Currently practicing or recently practicing physicians.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
• Attention to detail with interest in technology and AI.
• No prior AI experience needed; full training provided.

About the project

Our client is a top player in healthcare AI. It is backed by a network of leading U.S. health systems and has built one of the largest and most complete real-world clinical datasets in the United States. Researchers, life sciences companies, and health systems use its platform to answer critical questions about disease, treatment effectiveness, and patient outcomes.

As part of a specialist physician team, you will review and annotate clinical records in your area of expertise. Your work will directly train and validate AI models that support medical research at national scale. This work requires real clinical expertise, and your input will shape how these models understand medicine.
