• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Management or related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Team Coordination or Customer Service.
• Fluency in German (B2/C1 level) is mandatory.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily team operations and ensure HR processes and service requests run smoothly.
• Be the primary contact for German-speaking employees, stakeholders and business partners.
• Handle HR queries in German and English with timely resolution.
• Monitor workloads, SLAs and quality standards; ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare reports and provide management with regular operational updates.
• Assist onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle activities as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
