Responsibilities

• Provide PMO support to assigned deals and manage delivery of all customer-facing documents (proposals, presentations, agreements).
• Manage document lifecycle including deal documentation, customer communication, due diligence materials, and third-party agreements.
• Ensure defined proposal standards are consistently applied across bid teams.
• Organise and facilitate team meetings and cross-functional collaboration on sub-stream level.
• Support the development and roll-out of new tools, templates, and processes; provide training on CRM, SharePoint, and relevant databases.
• Produce reporting and decision-support data to enable Bid governance standards.
• Liaise with German-speaking stakeholders and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the bid process.
• Conduct bid strategy analysis and competitive intelligence to support proposal development and positioning.
• Review bid submissions for quality assurance, compliance, and adherence to organisational standards prior to delivery.
• Manage bid timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of all bid materials.
• Identify and escalate bid risks and mitigation strategies to the Bid Manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct post-bid analysis and capture lessons learned to continuously improve bid processes and outcomes.
