T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a SAP HCM Payroll Lead Consultant to handle incidents, consult on German payroll regulations, and implement payroll requirements in SAP HCM.

The role requires expert knowledge of payroll schemes, wage types, and interfaces, as well as experience with monthly payroll runs and SAP Notes installation. The candidate will support HR Key Users, prepare payroll documents using HRFORMS SAPSCRIPT, and coordinate with authorities and regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll in SAP HCM with German law experience
• Deep knowledge of SAP HCM payroll schemes and rules
• Experience in facilitating monthly payroll runs and implementing payroll requirements
• Expertise in SAP HCM customization for payroll and wage types
• Experience with SAP Notes installation, support packages, and interfacing payroll processes

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents from users and HR Key users for SAP HCM Payroll
• Consult on payroll requirements and German regulations and implement them in SAP HCM
