Job summary

FIS is seeking an experienced software professional in Chennai to understand FIS products and gather detailed requirements. You will document these requirements unambiguously and work with the client relationship team to secure sign-off from the client.

The role expects 7-10+ years of experience, strong C/C++, UNIX, and Oracle DB skills, plus exposure to card/payment domains and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience required.
• Min 5+ years in C, C++, UNIX.
• Oracle Database experience required.
• Exposure to cards and domain is important.
• Payment domain expertise (Switch, Card schemes, Debit/Credit/Prepaid) is a big plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication to document requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand and gain knowledge of FIS products.
• Handle requirement gathering independently and document clearly.
• Coordinate with client relationship team to obtain client sign-off.

Ensure to understand and gathering knowledge on FIS Products. Handle requirement gathering individually. Flawlessly capturing the requirements in the documents without any ambiguity. Need to follow with client relationship team until to get sign-off from client for the requirement.

What You Bring

• 7-10+ years of Experience is required
• Min 5+ years of experience in C, C++, UNIX
• Oracle Database experience is required
• Exposure in cards and domain is important
• Those who got expertise in payment domain like Switch, Card scheme and Card product like Debit/Credit/Prepaid payment application is a big plus
• Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
