• Configure memory allocation, buffer pools, and storage parameters to match transaction volumes.
• Performance tuning, monitoring, query optimization, buffer pool and index tuning, compliance and auditing, disaster recovery, high availability, schema design, standard enforcement, and change migration.

About The Team

This JR is for the Decision Solutions team. Decision Solutions (Chex Systems) owns a suite of products that drives a stronger consumer risk and fraud assessment based on the depth and accuracy of data, combined with solutions which provide actionable insight

What you will be doing

• He will be involved in Installation, Upgrades, and Configuration across production, staging, and development environments
• On mainframes, he will work with z/OS, MVS, JCL, CICS, and TSO subsystems.
• He will configure memory allocation, buffer pools, and storage parameters to match transaction volumes.
• He will be involved in Performance Tuning and Monitoring, Query Optimization, Buffer Pool & Index Tuning, Compliance & Auditing, Disaster Recovery, High Availability, Schema Design, Standard Enforcement, Change Migration.
