Job summary

FIS in Chennai is seeking an experienced software professional to join our team. You will understand and gather knowledge on FIS products, capture requirements accurately, and work with the client relationship team to obtain sign-off on requirements.

The role requires collaboration across teams and clear communication to ensure project success. The ideal candidate has 4–9+ years of experience, strong C/C++ and UNIX skills, Oracle DB experience, and exposure to cards/payments domain.

Qualifications

• 4-9+ years of experience required.
• Min 3+ years of experience in C, C++, UNIX.
• Oracle Database experience is required.
• Exposure in cards and domain is important.
• Experience in payment domain like Switch, Card schemes and Card products is a big plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

What You Will Be Doing

Ensure to understand and gathering knowledge on FIS Products.
Handle requirement gathering individually
Flawlessly capturing the requirements in the documents without any ambiguity
Need to follow with client relationship team until to get sign-off from client for the requirement

What You Bring

• 4-9+ years of Experience is required
• Min 3+ years of experience in C, C++, UNIX
• Oracle Database experience is required
• Exposure in cards and domain is important
• Those who got expertise in payment domain like Switch, Card scheme and Card product like Debit/Credit/Prepaid payment application is a big plus
• Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
