Job summary

Societe Generale SA is seeking an experienced FP&A and controllership professional in India to lead financial planning and reporting, enabling transformation for the FinLab initiative and NBI cost analysis. You will drive robust financial storytelling, partner with regional and global teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across the scope.

The role requires strong business acumen in investment banking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver value through automated steering

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of FP&A and controllership experience.
• Experience delivering transformation for building the future FP&A - FinLab (IBM) expertise, NBI analysis, standardised cost/NBI process execution and automation of financial steering reports.
• Strong business acumen in Investment Banking - CIB and stakeholder management to support regional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Know project management cycle and contribute on CTB Projects/coordination.
• Work closely with the teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Ensure all production activities are delivered on-time, within scope.
• Assist in the analysis to support decision making.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation for projects.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Secure operations & compliance requirements of regulators for the relevant scope.
