Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre in Bengaluru seeks an experienced FP&A and controllership professional to drive transformation initiatives and provide robust financial insights. You will coordinate with regional and global teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure accurate reporting and governance across projects.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of FP&A and controllership experience with strong analytical and business storytelling & reporting capabilities.
• Experience delivering transformation for building the future FP&A - FinLab (IBM) expertise, NBI analysis, standardised cost/NBI process execution and automation of financial steering reports.
• Strong business acumen in Investment Banking - CIB) and stakeholder management to support regional and global teams.

• Know Project management cycle and able to contribute on CTB Projects/coordination

• Ensure that all production activities are delivered on-time, within scope
• Assist in the analysis
