Job summary

Outsized, a global management consulting firm, is seeking a Senior SCF Consultant to support an Indian bank's Supply Chain Finance operations in Mumbai. The role focuses on end-to-end SCF journey optimization, onboarding, utilisation and disbursement, with an emphasis on automation and AI-led improvements.

You will work on identifying operational challenges, strengthening controls and expanding efficient SCF practices, leveraging experience across top Indian banks.

Qualifications

• 12 - 15+ years of experience, minimum 2 years of hands-on Supply Chain Finance experience within the last 3 years.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of SCF, including onboarding, utilisation and disbursement processes.
• Experience in SCF operations, with a good understanding of operational challenges, controls and risks.
• Familiarity with AI, digitisation and automation use cases implemented in SCF.
• Experience with or exposure to SCF practices at leading Indian banks
• An automation-first mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve existing processes.

Responsibilities

Project Overview

A global management consulting firm is supporting a leading Indian bank on an initiative focused on enhancing its Supply Chain Finance (SCF) operations through process optimisation, digitisation and AI-led solutions.

The Supply Chain Finance Consultant will support the end-to-end SCF journey, covering onboarding, utilisation and disbursement. They will help identify operational challenges, strengthen process controls and risks, and explore opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
