Flexing It is seeking a Consultant - Finance Planning & Analysis to develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. You will analyze variances, present insights to senior leadership, and partner with operations, sales and marketing to align financial goals with business strategy.

The role emphasizes close collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving cost optimization, revenue growth, and automation of reporting processes.
