Role Description The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing full project life cycles, including planning, scheduling, execution, and completion of interior fit-out and construction projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Vadodara, Gujarat and involves coordinating with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget. Daily tasks include preparing and tracking project plans, managing site activities, monitoring progress, ensuring safety and quality standards, and resolving technical or operational issues. The role also includes cost control, reviewing contractor bills, reporting project status to management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong project oversight skills, including Construction Project Management and Project Management, with experience managing Multi Story Residential and Commercial Building.
• Proficiency in Project Coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication across internal and external teams.
• Experience in Construction Management, including supervision of site activities, adherence to safety and quality standards, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Solid Budgeting skills, including cost estimation, cost control, and tracking project expenses against approved budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management. Minimum B.Tech
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, contracts, and local building codes; familiarity with project management and MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate site teams, maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, and work extended hours when project timelines require.
• Minimum Experience should be 10 Year in Civil Construction Industry.
