Peoplefy in Noida is seeking a Construction / Project Manager – Planning to lead data centre project planning and execution. The role demands extensive experience in scheduling, monitoring progress, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet tight timelines.

The ideal candidate has 15–21 years of hands-on data centre project experience, including lifecycle management of at least two large-scale DC projects and a mandate to ensure on-time delivery from planning through commissioning.

Qualifications

• 15–21 years of relevant construction/project management experience.
• Hands-on data centre project management experience 24 MW or above.
• Experience managing the complete lifecycle of at least two large data centre projects.
• Location: Noida; North India candidates considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and planning activities for data centre projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Key Requirements: -

• Project Experience: Hands-on experience in managing Data Centre projects of 24 MW or above.
• Should have managed contracting scope as a Construction Project Manager for complete lifecycle of at least 2 large sized data center projects.
