Peoplefy Infosolutions is seeking a Construction Manager for data centre projects in Pune/Navi Mumbai. The role requires end-to-end delivery from inception to handover, with strong leadership and BIM exposure to drive civil, MEP, procurement, installation, and commissioning tasks across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate brings 15–18 years in the Indian market, 8–10 years with a contracting company, and a track record on at least two large-scale data centre projects.

Qualifications

• 15–18 years of experience in the Indian market.
• 8–10 years with a contracting company.
• Complete lifecycle experience on at least 2 large-scale Data Centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil, MEP, procurement, installation & commissioning.

Responsibilities

Location: Pune/Navi Mumbai
Experience: 15–18 Years
B.E./B.Tech – Electrical/Mechanical only

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
