• Strong project and deadline tracking skills.

F5 Global Talent is hiring an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to support a U.S. general contractor across bidding, preconstruction, and active project operations.

You'll help identify bid opportunities, review plans and specifications, request and chase subcontractor pricing, prepare bid submissions, and maintain bid trackers. Once a project is awarded, you'll continue supporting schedules, procurement, documentation, subcontractors, billing, and project follow-up.

This is not passive administration. We need someone who follows up until answers arrive, keeps deadlines from slipping, and builds practical trackers and SOPs that make the operation run better.

This is a full-time, remote role for candidates based in India, working U.S. Eastern or Central business hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Identify and track construction bid opportunities
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents
• Request subcontractor and supplier quotations and follow up until pricing is received
• Prepare accurate, complete bid submissions on time
• Maintain bid trackers and submission deadlines
• Coordinate project schedules after award
• Follow up with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
• Monitor procurement and material lead times and flag risks early
• Keep project files and documentation organized and current
• Support billing by tracking completed work, collecting backup, and following up on invoicing
• Communicate project status clearly to U.S.-based teams and stakeholders
• Build SOPs, checklists, trackers, and reusable workflows

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of construction project coordination, bid coordination, preconstruction support, estimating support, or project administration experience
• Experience working in a construction or general-contracting environment
• Hands-on bid coordination and bid-package preparation experience
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and scope documents
• Experience requesting and following up on subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Strong project and deadline tracking skills
• Procurement and material lead-time coordination experience
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Excellent organization and document-control skills
• Strong written and spoken English for daily communication with U.S. teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Ability to independently manage multiple deadlines and follow-ups
• Availability to work U.S. Eastern or Central business hours long term

NICE TO HAVE

• Procore, Buildertrend, or CoConstruct experience
• AIA billing or subcontractor invoice-tracking experience
• Experience creating SOPs, checklists, and workflow documentation
• Commercial construction or general-contractor experience
