Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking detail-oriented Construction Estimators & Project Coordinators to join our talent pool, supporting US projects from India. You will prepare cost estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, and coordinate project documentation while assisting project managers through the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate reads drawings well, has strong analytical skills, and can manage multiple projects with deadlines in a remote work environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in construction estimating or project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Knowledge of estimatings principles, materials, and costs.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; clear English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate cost estimates from plans and specs.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for projects.
• Review blueprints, drawings, and specs.
• Coordinate documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders.
• Track schedules, budgets, and progress throughout lifecycle.
• Assist PMs with planning, procurement, and coordination.
• Maintain organized project records and docs.
• Communicate with subs, suppliers, vendors, and teams.
• Research costs to support estimates.
• Ensure estimates and docs are accurate and on schedule.

We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical Construction Estimators & Project Coordinators to join our talent pool. In this role, you will support construction companies by preparing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, coordinating project documentation, and assisting project managers throughout the construction lifecycle. In this role, you will support construction companies by preparing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, coordinating project documentation, and assisting project managers throughout the construction lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project plans, specifications, and scope of work.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for construction projects.
• Review blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist project managers with planning, procurement, and project coordination.
• Maintain organized project records and documentation.
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Research material and labor costs to support accurate project estimates.
• Ensure estimates and project documentation are completed accurately and on schedule

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in construction estimating, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction specifications.
• Knowledge of construction terminology, materials, methods, and estimating principles.
• Experience performing quantity takeoffs and preparing cost estimates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• English proficiency at a C1 level or higher (written and verbal) with a slight to neutral accent
• Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with estimating software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, STACK, ProEst, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar platforms.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience supporting residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
• Familiarity with subcontractor bidding, procurement, and vendor management.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience supporting U.S.-based construction companies.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot to improve workflow efficiency
