Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor detailed construction schedules, milestones, and project plans.
• Track progress against approved baselines and targets.
• Identify delays, critical activities, risks and schedule deviations; propose corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc progress reports and updates.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors and client representatives.
• Review programmes, work plans, resources and recovery schedules.
• Maintain planning dashboards, MIS and progress records.
• Support project review meetings and management reporting.
• Ensure timely updating of schedules and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor detailed construction schedules, milestones, and project plans.
• Track project progress against approved baseline schedules and targets.

• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and client representatives for progress data and planning activities.
• Review construction programmes, work plans, resource requirements, and recovery schedules.
• Maintain project planning dashboards, MIS, and progress records.
• Support project review meetings, presentations, and management reporting.
• Ensure timely updating of project schedules and monitoring of planned vs. actual progress.

Experience & Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in Construction Planning, Project Planning, Scheduling, or Project Controls.
• Experience in infrastructure, urban development, or government projects.
• Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of construction planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls.
• Experience in preparing baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in Smart City / Urban Development / Government infrastructure projects will be preferred.
