Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Construction Planning Manager in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh for the PgMC – APCRDA project. The role focuses on detailed scheduling, progress tracking, and data-driven planning across project teams, consultants, and clients.

The incumbent will manage baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans while maintaining dashboards and MIS for management reporting. Strong communication and governance skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in Construction Planning, Project Planning, Scheduling, or Project Controls.
  • Experience in infrastructure, urban development, or government projects.
  • Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of construction planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls.
  • Experience in preparing baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Experience in Smart City / Urban Development / Government infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor detailed construction schedules, milestones, and project plans.

  • Ensure timely updating of project schedules and monitoring of planned vs. actual progress.
