Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking a Senior Program Planner (Scheduler) to drive project scheduling, monitoring and reporting across multi-year programmes. Ideal candidates will have deep expertise in Primavera P6, extensive experience on large construction projects, and a proven record of delay analysis and claim schedule preparation.

The role requires a graduate in Engineering or Construction Management, 15+ years of progressive planning experience, and a track record of delivering on-time

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive programme/project planning experience.
• 5+ years on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in delay claim analysis and preparing/reviewing claim schedules.
• Must have worked in a similar role on at least 2 projects in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and monitor project/program schedules.
• Track progress, critical path, milestones, and delays.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and programme-level updates.
• Support delay analysis and claim schedule preparation/review.
• Ensure compliance with scheduling documentation standards.
