Participate in project planning, constructability reviews, and execution strategy development. Support engineering, procurement, contracting, and project controls teams during project development. Review engineering deliverables to ensure construction readiness and efficient execution. Develop construction management plans, site mobilization plans, and workforce strategies. Participate in contractor prequalification, tender evaluations, and contract award recommendations. Develop construction schedules, resource plans, and site logistics strategies. Support HSE planning and project risk assessments. Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely material and equipment availability.
Lead and manage all site construction activities for the mining plant project. Ensure compliance with project safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Direct EPC/EPCM contractors, subcontractors, and field construction teams. Monitor construction progress against approved schedules and budgets. Resolve field execution challenges and coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces. Conduct regular site inspections and construction progress reviews. Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and standards. Review and approve contractor work plans, method statements, and construction procedures. Coordinate with commissioning and start-up teams to facilitate smooth project handover. Prepare and present regular progress reports to project leadership and stakeholders. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure implementation of company HSE policies.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
