Job summary

Alpha Pacific Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager ( Civil ) for a major Hydropower/Irrigation Project located in Uttarakhand. The role is site-based and open to candidates from across India willing to relocate.

The ideal candidate has a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 15+ years total experience, including 10+ years in hydropower, dam, irrigation, tunnelling, or similar water-resource projects. Prior CM/PM exposure on a major project is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 15 years of overall experience, including at least 10 years in hydropower, dam, irrigation, tunnelling, or major water-resource projects.
• Experience as Construction Manager/Project Manager on at least one major hydropower or irrigation project is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction planning and execution of civil works, including dam, tunnel and hydraulic structures.
• Plan and manage manpower, equipment and site resources.
• Coordinate subcontractors and oversee contract execution.
• Monitor construction progress against schedules and coordinate corrective action where required.
• Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, QA/QC procedures and health, safety and environment standards.
• Coordinate site teams and stakeholders to support effective project execution.

Construction Manager Hydropower / Irrigation Project

Alpha Pacific Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Construction Manager (Civil) for a major Hydropower/Irrigation Project.

Project location: Uttarakhand. This is a site-based role. Candidates from across India who are willing to relocate to the project location are welcome to apply.

Salary: 50,000–60,000 per month (6–7.2 lakh annually).

Qualification and experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
