Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a major industrial project in India. You will lead day-to-day site execution, coordinate EPCM teams and contractors, and keep activities aligned with lookahead schedules.

The role requires strong HSE, quality and communication skills, with proven ability to manage multiple fronts, resolve issues, and ensure safe, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects and working with steel infrastructures.
• Strong site execution and construction coordination experience.
• Experience managing contractors and multiple work fronts.
• Strong understanding of construction planning and sequencing.
• Solid HSE and quality knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join a major industrial construction project and take responsibility for day‑to‑day site execution.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating contractors, managing multiple work fronts and ensuring construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project schedules.
