Job Description
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large industrial real‑estate projects from design to handover
- Coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP design for factories, plants, and warehouses
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and resource planning
- Oversee contractors, consultants, PMCs, and built‑to‑suit partners
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and statutory approvals
- Drive quality control and ensure execution aligns with approved design intent
- Act as the primary interface for internal stakeholders, landowners, and authorities
- Maintain strong documentation, reporting, and senior‑level project communication
The Successful Applicant
- 15-20 years of experience, mostly in factory/manufacturing setup
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or Architecture; Master's preferred
- PMP or equivalent project‑management certification preferred
- Strong expertise in industrial structures (steel, RCC, PEB) and MEP coordination
- Proficiency in tools such as STAAD, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project or Primavera
- Proven experience managing brownfield expansions and complex industrial facilities
