Job summary

Kirby Building Systems - A group company of Alghanim Industries in Mumbai seeks a site supervisor to manage Pre-Engineered Building construction at project sites. You will supervise erection, coordinate with the head office for materials, and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.

The role requires 3–4 years' experience in PEB or large contractors, a civil/ mechanical background, strong communication, and willingness to travel across the Western Region.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in PEB companies or large government/private sector contractors.
• Preference for experience in PEB construction and structural steel erection.
• Technical knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites across the Western Region.
