Kirby Building Systems, LLC is seeking a site-based Civil Construction Supervisor in Mumbai to execute day-to-day construction activities in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. You will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.

• Experience in executing day-to-day construction activities per drawings and schedules.
• Proficiency in coordinating civil works including foundation, roofing, and cladding.

Responsabilidades

• Execute day-to-day construction activities at project sites, ensuring work per drawings, specs and schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise civil works including excavation, foundation, concrete works, structural steel erection, roofing and cladding.
• Monitor PEB structure erection, alignment, bolting, sheeting and finishing per engineering requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site teams for smooth execution of construction activities.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed during all construction activities.
• Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, material availability and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement and Project Management teams to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify execution issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records, material consumption details and other project-related documentation.
• Ensure completion of assigned activities within the project timeline while maintaining quality, safety and productivity standards.
