Kirby Building Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to manage end-to-end Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) construction projects in Mumbai, Maharashtra. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee civil works, steel erection, roofing and cladding, while coordinating with design, engineering and procurement teams to resolve site issues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) construction projects, ensuring timely completion as per project specifications and approved drawings.
• Plan, monitor and coordinate site activities, including civil works, foundations, structural steel erection, sheeting, roofing and cladding works.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, vendors and contractors to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material requirements and equipment utilization to achieve project milestones.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management and Client teams to resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and review project progress, quality, productivity and safety performance.
• Manage project budgets, control construction costs and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
• Identify execution challenges, resolve site issues and implement corrective actions to avoid project delays.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports, site documentation, billing updates and other project-related reports to management.
