Job summary

Parshwanath Corporation in India seeks a Civil Site Engineer to take charge of site execution, planning, budgeting and timely delivery of construction projects across Ahmedabad district.

You will supervise day-to-day activities, coordinate with architects, MEP and interior designers, manage contractors and labour, and prepare plans, BOQs and reports using AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• 5–10 years of construction/site execution experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel as core tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure on-site execution as per drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants and interior designers.
• Manage contractors, vendors, site supervisors and labour teams.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, BOQs, budgets and cost estimates.
• Monitor timelines, quality, procurement and costs.
• Review and coordinate drawings.
• Prepare and modify working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with PMC teams for smooth execution.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements and progress.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management.

• Review and coordinate architectural, structural and interior drawings.
• Prepare and modify working drawings using AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Coordinate with PMC teams and ensure smooth project execution.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements and work progress.
• Prepare regular project progress reports for management.

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 510 years of relevant construction and site execution experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of construction, drawings, budgeting and project planning.
• Experience in contractor management and coordination with consultants.
• Ability to independently manage project execution and multiple site activities.

Role: To take complete responsibility for site execution, project coordination, planning, budgeting and timely delivery of construction projects.
