Job summary

Total Group is seeking a Civil and Interior Site Supervisor for projects in Mumbai. You will supervise civil and interior works, ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and schedules, and coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.

The role requires reading architectural, civil and interior drawings, managing labour and subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of civil construction and interior finishing works.
• Ability to read architectural, civil, and interior drawings.
• Site supervision and contractor management.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of measurements, BOQ, and quantity estimation.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and interior works at project sites.
• Execute work according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Handle civil works such as masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, concrete work, and finishing.
• Manage interior works including false ceiling, partitions, carpentry, painting, electrical coordination, and other finishing activities.
• Ready to travel at different sites as required
• Check measurements, material requirements, workmanship, and quality.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and track project schedules.
• Monitor labour and subcontractor activities.
• Identify site issues and coordinate solutions with the project/engineering team.
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
• Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with quantity estimation, BOQ, billing, and material planning where required.
