Job summary

Iris Software invites an experienced product management and network-focused professional to drive product strategies, roadmaps, and service improvements in a large enterprise IT environment.

You will partner with architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, operations and external suppliers to deliver impactful product enhancements and measurable outcomes. Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Service Management, or Network Engineering within a large-scale enterprise or global technology environment.
• Proven experience developing and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment plans for technology services, with accountability for business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including DNS, SD-WAN, VPN, network security and cloud networking.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into product capabilities and prioritize competing demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product and service enhancements.
• Manage product backlogs, demand intake, and service improvement initiatives.
• Define KPIs and success measures; use data-driven insights for investment priorities.
• Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Description:

• Significant experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Service Management, or Network Engineering within a large-scale enterprise or global technology environment.
• Proven experience developing and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment plans for technology services, with accountability for business outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including DNS, SD-WAN, VPN, network security, cloud networking, and connectivity architectures.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and external suppliers, to deliver product and service enhancements.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into product capabilities, prioritize competing demands, and balance customer needs, risk, cost, and technical considerations.
• Experience managing product backlogs, demand intake, service improvement initiatives, and technology modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of service lifecycle management, governance, risk management, financial management, and performance measurement within an IT service environment.
• Knowledge of cloud networking concepts, including Azure networking, hybrid connectivity, identity-aware access controls, and network automation technologies.
• Experience developing business cases, defining KPIs and success measures, and using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and investment priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Knowledge of Agile, Product Management, IT Service Management (ITSM), and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Awareness of emerging networking, security, cloud, and connectivity technologies and their application to global enterprise environments.
