Must Haves:

Network & Security Technologies (Palo Alto/Cisco/Azure Networking/Infoblox), DNS/DHCP/SMTP/SNMP/NTP, Firewalls & IDS/IPS, Network Security, ITIL/SLA/KPI

Good to Have:

Continuous Improvement, Performance Management, Change/Transformation Management, Service Cost Management

Job Description:

• 5+ Years of hands-on and leadership experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-vendor environment in a multi-discipline team across countries with sound knowledge in building effective working relationships.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in these Network and Security Technology areas, including but not limited to: Palo Alto Technologies, Cisco, Azure Networking services, Infoblox and VPN.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards is a plus
• Experience of implementing / using GitOps including CI/CD Pipelines, Git Repositories and scripted automation is a plus.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering concepts with focus on removing Toil where possible is a plus.
• Strong business stakeholder management.
• Experienced in managing third parties.
• Experienced in working in a matrix management structured organization;
• Excellent organizational and planning ability.
• Excellent cross functional team management skills.
• Experience managing resources in a fast-moving environment and on projects with evolving requirements and accelerated timelines.
• Strong data, metrics, and analysis skills.
