Job summary

Iris Software is seeking a seasoned Network & Security professional in India to lead multi-vendor security initiatives. The role focuses on Palo Alto, Cisco and cloud networking, with emphasis on reliable governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in related technologies, VPNs, and experience with ITIL/SLA/KPI frameworks. The position offers growth in a dynamic, award-winning IT services company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on leadership experience in a multi-cultural, multi-vendor environment across countries.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Network and Security Technology areas including Palo Alto, Cisco, Azure Networking, Infoblox and VPN.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards is a plus.
• Experience with GitOps/CI/CD pipelines and scripted automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global network/security initiatives across multi-vendor environments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure robust security controls and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance management in service delivery.
• Manage third parties and resources in a fast-moving matrix organization.

Job Description:

• 5+ Years of hands-on and leadership experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-vendor environment in a multi-discipline team across countries with sound knowledge in building effective working relationships.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in these Network and Security Technology areas, including but not limited to: Palo Alto Technologies, Cisco, Azure Networking services, Infoblox and VPN.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards is a plus
• Experience of implementing / using GitOps including CI/CD Pipelines, Git Repositories and scripted automation is a plus.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering concepts with focus on removing Toil where possible is a plus.
• Strong business stakeholder management.
• Experienced in managing third parties.
• Experienced in working in a matrix management structured organization;
• Excellent organizational and planning ability.
• Excellent cross functional team management skills.
• Experience managing resources in a fast-moving environment and on projects with evolving requirements and accelerated timelines.
• Strong data, metrics, and analysis skills.
