Job summary

Iris Software invites experienced networking and security professionals to join a fast-growing IT services leader. You will work in a multi-vendor environment across countries, focusing on advanced security technologies and network engineering.

The role requires 5+ years hands-on leadership in Palo Alto, Cisco, Azure Networking, Infoblox, and VPN, with ITIL/SLA/KPI awareness. You will partner with stakeholders, manage third parties, and drive automation and site reliability initiatives to reduce

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on and leadership experience across multiple countries in a multi-discipline team.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in Network and Security Tech areas including Palo Alto, Cisco, Azure Networking, Infoblox and VPN.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards is a plus; GitOps/CI-CD scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-cultural, multi-vendor network and security team.
• Hands-on experience in Palo Alto, Cisco, Azure Networking, Infoblox and VPN.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering concepts and reducing toil where possible.
• Strong business stakeholder management and third-party vendor management.
• Operate in a matrix management structure with excellent planning and cross-functional coordination.

Job Description:

• 5+ Years of hands-on and leadership experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-vendor environment in a multi-discipline team across countries with sound knowledge in building effective working relationships.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in these Network and Security Technology areas, including but not limited to: Palo Alto Technologies, Cisco, Azure Networking services, Infoblox and VPN.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards is a plus
• Experience of implementing / using GitOps including CI/CD Pipelines, Git Repositories and scripted automation is a plus.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering concepts with focus on removing Toil where possible is a plus.
• Strong business stakeholder management.
• Experienced in managing third parties.
• Experienced in working in a matrix management structured organization;
• Excellent organizational and planning ability.
• Excellent cross functional team management skills.
• Experience managing resources in a fast-moving environment and on projects with evolving requirements and accelerated timelines.
• Strong data, metrics, and analysis skills.
