ADP Private Limited is seeking a PROS/CONGA CPQ & Smart Price Management Developer to join our pricing and quoting team in Hyderabad. The role requires 5+ years of PROS Smart CPQ and 5+ years of PROS Smart Price Management experience, with strong SQL development skills.

You will configure and customize PROS CPQ and SP M, manage pricing workflows, and collaborate with Salesforce and Databricks teams to deliver enterprise-ready solutions.

Qualifications

Job Title: PROS/CONGA CPQ & Smart Price Management Developer (1 position) :

• 4 to 6 years of experience in software development on PROS CPQ & Smart Price Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with PROS Smart CPQ & PROS Smart Price Management (SPM)
• Experience in pricing, quoting, approval workflows, and discount management processes
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, data validation, and integrations
• Required: Configuration, Commerce, Document Designer, Workflow Approvals, Email Templates, Steps, Commerce & Configuration Layout Design, BOM Mapping
• Administration: Environment Setup, Data Table Management, File Manager, User and Group Management, Parts creation, Code Migration, and Cascading Stylesheets (CSS).
• Preferred: Salesforce Knowledge (Apex; Visualforce; Lightning Component framework; SOQL; Custom objects)
• Object-oriented programming including C# or Java
• Script languages including JavaScript; Web services; HTML and CSS
• Relational Database (SQL Server or Oracle)
• Databricks experience for ETL development, data transformation, and data pipeline support
• CI/CD, Git source
• Ability to understand the big picture, look forward, anticipate problems, and assess risk
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work autonomously with minimal direction from high level requirements and managers
• Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to brainstorm with other team members and leverage constructive feedback
