Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Conga CPQ Developer to join our team. This is a hands-on technical role focused on the design, configuration, and development of our Conga CPQ implementation running on the Conga Platform (Conga Revenue Lifecycle Cloud). The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the Conga Revenue Lifecycle Cloud platform, Conga CPQ, Salesforce, and a strong integration background. The candidate must be comfortable operating independently in a complex, multi-system delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Conga Platform & CPQ Development


• Demonstrate deep expertise in the Conga Revenue Lifecycle Cloud (RLC) platform — including its data model, object structure, APIs, and extensibility framework — as distinct from legacy Salesforce-native Apttus/Conga CPQ.


• Configure and develop Conga CPQ on the Conga Platform, including Product Catalog, Pricing Engine, Configuration Rules, Bundles, Constraints, and Approval Workflows.


• Design and implement complex pricing models including attribute-based pricing, tiered pricing, and promotional pricing using Conga's native pricing engine on the RLC platform.


• Develop and maintain custom Conga Platform callbacks, plugins, and platform-level extensions to support advanced business logic beyond out-of-the-box capabilities.


• Build and maintain quote-to-order flows, proposal generation templates, and document automation using Conga Document Generation (Composer) within the RLC platform ecosystem.


• Write Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to extend Salesforce-side CPQ functionality and integrate with the Conga Platform layer.


• Integrations


• Build and maintain integrations between Conga Revenue Lifecycle Cloud and ERP, billing, CLM, and tax systems via the Conga Platform's REST/SOAP APIs and open connector framework.


• Design and implement end-to-end order orchestration flows connecting CPQ output to downstream fulfillment and revenue systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S4HANA via SAP BTP).


• Integrate with external services including tax engines, credit status systems, and entitlement/subscription management platforms using Conga Platform's API-first architecture.


• Troubleshoot and optimize integration payloads, mapping logic, and error-handling patterns across system boundaries within the Conga RLC ecosystem.
