Job summary

Tekskills in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Intune MAM/MDM administrator to manage policies across iOS, Android and Windows devices. You will deploy apps, enforce conditional access, and ensure security compliance while supporting end users and collaborating with security teams.

Job description

• Act as the primary point of contact for Intune MAM and MDM related queries and issues
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Intune MAM and related technologies
• Collaborate with other IT teams including network and security teams to ensure integrated and secure mobile device management
• Configure and manage Intune MAM policies for various mobile platforms iOS Android Windows
• Ensure that mobile applications are deployed updated and maintained according to company policies
• Implement and manage conditional access policies in conjunction with MAM to secure mobile devices and applications
• Deploy and manage mobile applications via Intune to ensure seamless user experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile application deployment and management
• Provide support for end users experiencing issues with MAM enforced applications
• Work closely with the security team to ensure that MAM policies comply with organizational security standards
• Monitor and report on the compliance status of mobile devices and applications
• Implement and enforce data protection policies for mobile applications including encryption data loss prevention and app protection policies
• Proven experience in managing Microsoft Intune specifically in MAM (Mobile Application Management)
• Strong understanding of mobile device platforms iOS Android Windows and their management
• Experience with configuring and managing conditional access and app protection policies
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards related to mobile device management
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Microsoft Certified Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals or similar certifications
