T-Systems Information and Communication Technology India Private Limited seeks a Configuration Management Specialist to manage CIs across multiple CMDBs and implement SACM workflows. You will ensure data quality, align with CSDM standards, and provide training and governance support.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB/SACM/ISP/CSDM.
• Solid understanding of ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement automated workflows for CI creation and maintenance from requests, catalogue items, and other sources.
• Apply and enforce the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) for service and technical CIs.
• Record and maintain CIs in ServiceNow, HP AM CDS, ITSM2 CMDBs.
• Develop, update, and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Establish data quality checks and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Enhance ServiceNow ISP service requests with correct approvals and accurate data entry.
• Provide SACM consultations and deliver training sessions as required.
• Participate in audits, governance reviews, and workshops.
• Collaborate with engineers when new technologies are introduced.
• Define, track, and report SACM KPIs and perform root cause analysis.
• Share knowledge, data exports, and approvals to colleagues.
