Philips is seeking a Configuration Engineer to create and manage SKU-level BOMs for finished goods, ensuring packaging, manuals, labeling, and core items are accurately configured. You will manage product configurations in Windchill, align with ERP, and drive CM processes to maintain DHF/DMR readiness.
You will coordinate across PM, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to define baselines, enforce data governance, and support audits and CAPAs related to product data.
You are a part of A high-impact, global organization within Philips that works across all modalities - The Sustaining Engineering Team (STET). STET has been established as an entrepreneurial organization that focuses on fast-paced, high-quality portfolio transfers within the Philips global supply base to mitigate risk & maximize profitability. The SKU Configuration Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing SKU‑level Bills of Materials (BOMs) that represent the final, sellable product configuration—including packaging, manuals, labeling, and the core item for Personal Health products. The role requires deep expertise in PLM (high preference for Windchill), configuration management practices, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure accurate product data, robust change control, and compliance with quality system and regulatory expectations (DHF/DMR readiness).

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
