Job summary

Datamatics is seeking a Concierge Advisor in Mumbai MIDC, Andheri East (Work From Office). Afternoon shift (2/2:30 PM to 11/11:30 PM) with negotiable salary based on your last CTC.

You will assist guests with reservations, respond to emails and calls, and maintain guest profiles while offering local recommendations and directions. Ideal candidates hold a graduate degree and 2+ years in reservations, hospitality, or contact centers, with proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams, and good UK English.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• 2+ years of experience in reservations, hospitality, or contact center.
• Proficient in MS Office tools; familiarity with UK English is a plus.

• Assist guests by handling future reservations and second-chance bookings
• Respond to emails and telephone calls professionally
• Maintain and update guest profiles
• Provide concierge services, including local recommendations for restaurants, events, and directions
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail
• Handle daily operational tasks to meet customer expectations and help grow the customer base
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and MS Teams; familiarity with UK English is a plus.
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
