XSQUADS Tech Private Limited is a fast-growing game development company committed to creating immersive gaming experiences. We are looking for a talented Concept Artist to bring our in-game assets to life.

Job Responsibilities

1. Create high-quality 2D concept art for various in-game assets such as character outfits, weapon skins, vehicle skins, and more.
2. Utilize AI-powered tools (such as MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to enhance concept art generation and speed up the creative process.
3. Develop sketches, illustrations, and detailed renderings for 3D artists to follow.
4. Work closely with the art and game design team to maintain consistency in visual style.
5. Research and implement design trends, themes, and unique styles that enhance the game's aesthetics.
6. Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Concept Artist in the gaming industry.
2. Strong illustration and digital painting skills using industry-standard software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, etc.).
3. Proficiency in using AI-assisted design tools for generating and refining concept art.
4. Ability to design detailed and visually compelling assets with strong composition and color sense.
5. Understanding of game asset creation workflows and the transition from 2D to 3D.
6. Knowledge of art styles, gaming trends, and battle royale aesthetics.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the game development team.
8. Passion for gaming and creativity in conceptualizing unique designs.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in game development pipelines and 3D modeling basics.
2. Familiarity with Unity 3D or Unreal Engine workflows.
3. Previous experience working on AAA or mobile game projects.
4. Ability to design seasonal or event-based skins and assets.
