Sentini seeks a Compounding Manager with 10–15 years’ experience in PVC, CPVC and UPVC compounding, formulation development, production optimization, quality control, troubleshooting, cost reduction, and team leadership to drive manufacturing excellence at our Nellore facility.

Competenze

• 10–15 years of experience in PVC, CPVC & UPVC compounding.
• Experience in formulation development for plastics compounds.
• Proven ability to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
• Strong quality control and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a manufacturing setting.
