TMS Global in Gurgaon is seeking a Compliance Team Lead to drive the development, maintenance and reporting of Operational Compliance, leading a small team and partnering with regional and global stakeholders to manage risk and ensure policy adherence. The role offers a balanced mix of 3 days remote and 2 days onsite to align with EU operational hours.

As our Compliance Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development, maintenance and reporting of Operational Compliance. You will play a key role in our established centre of excellence in Gurgaon. In this role you will manage a team of two covering transactional compliance and supporting stakeholder management, ensuring controls are robust, reporting is accurate and operational risks are effectively managed. You will also support Audits, strengthen processes and drive continuous improvements.
This role offers an ideal balance, with 3 days remote and 2 days onsite to align with EU operational hours.
