Job summary

DS Smith's TMS Global is seeking a Compliance Coordinator in a hybrid Gurugram-based role. You will support internal Customer Service teams, manage weekly/monthly compliance reporting, and oversee the full invoicing cycle including POs, while ensuring data accuracy across internal systems.

You will work with stakeholders to maintain clean data and contribute to compliance processes, leveraging your Excel and Power BI skills to deliver timely MI insights.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with spreadsheets and databases used for reporting.
• End-to-end order processing and billing experience.
• Administrative experience in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of the print and display industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review weekly and monthly compliance reporting.
• Handle invoicing cycle: creation, validation, and PO submission.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to keep internal systems data clean.
• Maintain data integrity and assist in MI data compilation and correction.
• Support all compliance-related processes and responsibilities.

Our TMS community consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA.**About the role**TMS Global are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to work within the Shared Services Centre, you will be responsible for supporting internal Customer Service teams and stakeholders by managing operational tasks across the full lifecycle.
