Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures specific to the transport industry.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of transport operations to ensure adherence to legal and safety requirements.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and discrepancies, including incidents related to driver conduct and vehicle maintenance.
• Provide training and support to drivers and other staff on compliance matters and industry regulations.
• Stay informed about changes in transport regulations and industry standards, and update company policies accordingly.
• Prepare and present compliance reports and updates to senior management.
