Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
• Monitor fleet usage to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage vehicle availability and allocate resources to meet operational demands.
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained in good working condition, coordinating regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, insurance, and safety standards.
• Liaise with vehicle suppliers, maintenance providers, and other third-party vendors to ensure quality service and pricing.
• Manage relationships with leasing companies, insurance providers, and fuel suppliers.
• Support cost management initiatives across fleet operations.
