• Negotiate with workshops, tyre and parts vendors and approve their bills.
• Prepare the fleet budget and track fuel, maintenance and repair costs against it.
• Supervise drivers and workshop staff and enforce safety rules.
• Use GPS and fleet software to monitor usage and report monthly to senior management.
